PAYMENT AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product and service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Pricing errors may occur on the REINA by ria website. REINA by ria reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from REINA by ria. REINA by ria may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
You must pay in full by debit, credit card or PayPal Secure Checkout in advance when you submit an order through our Website.
Payment will be collected at the time of placing the order. Full payment must be received in advance before any goods are prepared or dispatched. If any payment is subsequently withdrawn, disputed, charged back or reversed in any way by you, you will have to pay the full amount of the product, plus an any additional fees incurred by REINA by ria.
No Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@reinabyria.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for tracked return with cover for the cost of your item. No personalized products or orders can be returned.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to call us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs. Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.
Quotes/Custom Orders/Changes
The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in Pound Sterling (£) and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Additional shipping and other charges may apply for orders outside of the U.K, and you will be advised of such charges and your responsibility for any portion thereof before we finalise and ship your order. Furthermore, while we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalising and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on this Website at the time of your order.
Shipping/Delivery
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail. The typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. REINA by ria is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.
Products
Certain products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
